Billing via Stripe

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card details are never stored on TradaxLab servers. Manage or cancel your subscription from Billing in the app (Stripe Customer Portal).

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Access typically continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. After cancellation, your plan reverts according to Stripe webhook updates (usually to Free).

Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you were charged in error or cannot access a paid feature you paid for, contact us within 14 days at support@tradaxlab.com with your account email and charge date. We review cases individually.

Free trials

Lite trials, when offered, convert to paid billing unless cancelled before the trial ends. Trial terms shown at checkout apply.
