Educational software
Educational and journaling software—not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your trading decisions, API key security, and compliance with exchange and local regulations. Use read-only API keys where possible. Do not submit passwords, seed phrases, or private keys into AI chat or uploads.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract. By creating an account you represent that you meet these requirements. TradaxLab is not directed at children.
Governing law & venue
[INTERNAL REVIEW — requires qualified counsel] Governing law and exclusive court venue are not specified on this page. Do not rely on this section for dispute resolution until counsel completes that review. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence may still apply.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, scrape, or overload the service or third-party APIs we use
- Attempt to bypass subscription limits, authentication, or rate limits
- Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights
- Harass others or use the service for fraud or market manipulation
- Share account access or resell access without permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
User content & AI
You retain ownership of journal entries, uploads, and prompts. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content to operate the service (including sending prompts and chart images to AI providers such as Google Gemini, and optionally OpenAI or Anthropic when you select those models). We minimize what we log server-side (metadata, not full prompt/image bodies). AI outputs may be inaccurate — verify before acting. Provider copies of prompts or images may persist under those vendors' terms and are outside TradaxLab account deletion.
Subscriptions
Paid tiers (Lite, Pro, Elite) renew per Stripe subscription settings. Cancel via Billing in the app (Stripe Customer Portal or in-app cancel). Cancellation sets cancel_at_period_end so access continues until the current period ends unless Stripe or checkout terms state otherwise. One-time premium AI credit packs are separate Stripe payment-mode purchases. See our Refund Policy.
Availability & changes
We may change features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where required. The service is provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradaxLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, trading losses, or data loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
