Your responsibility
You are responsible for your trading decisions, API key security, and compliance with exchange and local regulations. Use read-only API keys where possible. Do not submit passwords, seed phrases, or private keys into AI chat or uploads.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, scrape, or overload the service or third-party APIs we use
- Attempt to bypass subscription limits, authentication, or rate limits
- Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights
- Harass others or use the service for fraud or market manipulation
- Share account access or resell access without permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
User content
You retain ownership of journal entries, uploads, and prompts. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content to operate the service (including sending prompts to AI providers). AI outputs may be inaccurate — verify before acting.
Leaderboard
The public leaderboard may include simulated traders for illustration plus your performance when you qualify with verified exchange-synced trades. Rankings are not investment performance claims.
Subscriptions
Paid tiers renew per Stripe billing settings. Cancel via the customer portal in Billing. See our Refund Policy.
Availability & changes
We may change features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where required. The service is provided as-is without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradaxLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, trading losses, or data loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
